Zeno Siliqua "Fourree" : Any opinions?

Another coin I've had for quite a while. It looks like a Zeno siliqua with a "P" headed cross on reverse. Size is right at 16mm but the weight is only 1.1gms, and it is obviously heavily pitted.

Certainly appears to be a silver plated base metal, or maybe even a lower grade silver, but I've never seen or heard of one of these from this late period. Possibly a contemporary fourree but not sure at all. Any opinions, or has anyone seen one like this?
