I may be wrong but I believe this is a scarce coin of Plautilla from Acrasus with the reverse of a Cult Statue of Ephesian Artemis flanked by stags.
Green patina with a little pitting but certainly identifiable with most of the design intact. Not too bad in hand. 24mm. Ref: Greek Imperial Coins #2755
