A very interesting Byzantine Follis with a clear Constantine IV monogram countermark on reverse. Don’t recognize the base coin but most likely a follis of Constans II.
Have not seen this monogram countermark on a coin before. I’ll leave the research to you. 17mm, 3.1gms
